The next DevMeet are speculated (by Rai) to be either in the coming months of June or July along with the change of the name/title of the con/meet for anime, manga, arts and cosplay enthusiasts.

Rules would be more strict this time, and most admins and mods of this current forum might not help out as a committee unless being "begged" back into workforce due to previous unacceptable issues.

Nonetheless, it's a mark of our enthusiasm towards Japanese subculture and dedication towards making it one of the mainstream hobbies in Brunei.

Specific events are yet to be finalised, at least it gives you a rough idea how long you got left to prepare for the event.

it's not that i don't understand the fact there will be prizes given in the skit competition. this part i know very well. it's just that don't force us like last time by giving us random words to do the skit. it's very pressuring. just give us one or two months to prepare for the skit competition is what i'm asking.

we'll do that for skit prizes.

no worries if its a bad skit. On the spot skit always produce hilarious ones if you are open enough, its a mind set training.

You can't let go and be crazy then you cant really have fun and it wasnt pressuring. Just that the first team wanted to make it good last time thus the extra time they kept asking for.

But still, if the skit involves big prizes, I dont see the reason not to give 1~2 months preparation.
